What is the highest peak in Tasmania?

What is the highest peak in Tasmania?
Mount Ossa is the highest peak in Tasmania, Australia, rising to 5,305 feet (1,617 m), in the central highlands. At the northern end of the rugged Ducane Range, Mount Ossa, along with several other peaks surpassing 5,000 feet, lies within Cradle Mountain–Lake St. Clair National Park. Its slopes are deeply gouged by glacial corries (cirques). The name, with the adjacent Mounts Pelion and Achilles, is taken from Greek mythology.

Mt. Kosciusko
Mt. Ossa, whose peak, the Federation Peak (1300 m high or just over 4000 feet), is surrounded by cliffs. These cliffs reach 600m to the north and south and the only feasible approach is along the two razorback ridges. Even then, the final 200m is a near vertical climb. It is normally climbed without ropes but this is dangerous. There have been several fatalities already.
