What is the most romantic place in Australia for a wedding anniversary?

What is the most romantic place in Australia for a wedding anniversary?
Whether you're a Sydney sider or a tourist, I think a picnic in the Botanic Gardens at sunset is hard to top. Not only do you get the wonderful Sydney harbour scenery and the beautiful gardens but you also witness 60,000 fruit bats waking up and heading off across the city to feed. Fantastic.

The Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne are beautiful. There are loads of B&Bs, nice restaurants, Puffing Billy, parks & Gardens, shopping villages and lots more.
Port Douglas / Daintree area. Beautiful!!
The Hunter Valley has a lot of wineries with accomodation. It's about 2-3 hours north of Sydney, but well worth the trip.
